Nepal Police Higher Secondary Boarding School, Sanga, a co-educational, residential, English medium school invites applications from deserving candidates for admission to Grade XI in the Science Stream. 60% seats are reserved for sons and daughters of Police personnel and 40% for Civilians.

A. Minimum Requirements:
55% marks in S.L.C. for sons/daughters of Police Personnel and 60% marks for Civilians.
B. Procedure:
1. Distribution of admission forms with school prospectus from date of S.L.C. result.
2. Last date of submission of forms: 2nd Shrawan 2066.
3. Entrance Examination: 3rd Shrawan 2066, Saturday.
4. Entrance Venue: NPHSBS Sanga, Time: 11:30 A.M.

Silver Jubilee Celebration

Nepal Police Higher Secondary Boarding School, Sanga has completed its glorious history of 25 years. On 24th Jestha, 2066 Silver Jubilee Celebration was organized in school premises in the presence of Scholar personalities. Chief Guest Patron of school IGP Ramesh Chand Thakuri unveiled Silver Jubilee Monument, released Special Edition of "Deepika" and honored School Founder Patron Ex IGP D.B. Lama, Founder Pioneers, Ex-Students; who are working in reputed places as doctors, engineers, pilots, army/police officers, teachers so on. On the very occasion local people who helped in establishment of this school were also honored. Chief guest also honored Principals, Teachers and Staff who have been dedicated to bring this school at this present stage.


Students also added charming of the program with various attractive cultural show. Kauda, Deuda, Bhojpuri, Newari, Tamang and Patriotic dances were the center of attraction. On the same occasion, IGP Ramesh Chand Thakuri, Ex IGP D.B. Lama, SSP of Sanchar Mahasakha, AIGP Kalyan Timilsina, Teacher Hari Prasad Binaya, Ex Student Mahendra Kunwar announced various scholarship fund.

Gold Medal in Soft Tennis

We feel proud of Soft Tennis Team (NPS) participated in 5th National Games held between 24 to 29 Chaitra 2065 B.S. Twelve players via Nepal Police Force took part in the National Games with great enthusiasm. Young players had really excellent performance as a result Susma Karki travelled up to Quarter Finals in Women's Singles as well as in Doubles with her partner Kripa. Similarly, Rabina Basnet & Samriddhi Rimal in Women's Doubles competed in Quarter Finals.

About Us

Nepal Police Schools are non-profit-making residential educational institutions opened under the welfare programme of Nepal Police Organization.

The main objective of these Schools is to provide quality boarding school education to children of police personnel. Children of civilians [upto 40%] are also admitted. These schools have also been following the high objectives of producing disciplined, sincere and well-rounded citizens of the nation with the capacity of taking up leadership roles in future.
