Dhulikhel English School, Dhulikhel beat Malpi International School, Panauti 5-3 in a penalty shoot-out to win 18th Inter-School IGP Football Running Trophy 2066 after an absorbing 2-2 draw.
Dhulikhel E. School was awarded trophy and cash prize of Rs 20,000 whereas the runner-up Malpi was awarded a trophy and cash prize of Rs 10,000.
The Patron and IGP Ramesh Chand Thakuri gave away the prizes to the players, coaches and team managers of the participant teams and the officials of the tournament.
The Chairperson of the School Management Comittee AIGP Naresh Gurung gave vote of thanks and Principal Hemanta Shamsher Rana addressed the tournament highlights and reports.
Prabin Thapa of Nepal Police School 'A', Sanga with 12 goals was the highest scorer of the tournament.
