Nepal Police Schools are non-profit-making residential educational institutions opened under the welfare programme of Nepal Police Organization. There are 7 branches of us:

- Nepal Police Boarding High School, Gularia, Dang (Mid-Western Regional School)
- Nepal Police Boarding High School, Dhangadi (Far Western Regional School)
- Nepal Police Primary School, Samakhusi, Kathmandu
- Mid Regional Police Boarding High School, Jigadhiya, Rautahat (Mid Regional School)
The main objective of these Schools is to provide quality boarding school education to children of police personnel. Children of civilians [upto 40%] are also admitted. These schools have also been following the high objectives of producing disciplined, sincere and well-rounded citizens of the nation with the capacity of taking up leadership roles in future.
Today''s world is changing rapidly. It has witnessed miraculous inventions and discoveries. A child today has to be very competitive. He/she has to be high-spirited, skilled and efficient in order to become future leaders of Nepal. School is the place where such ideal citizens are nurtured. Nepal Police Schools groom students in a homely and warm atmosphere. Within a short span of time, these schools have acquired great reputation. The Central School bagged "BIRENDRA VIDHYA RASTIYRA SHIELD" of the academic years 2051/052 and 2055/2056. We are proud to state that 100% students have passed SLC examination for the last eleven years. We were awarded the "BIRENDRA VIDHYA REGIONAL SHIELD" award in 2048 B.S. and are honored with the same Region Award for 2061 as well.
The Central School has been running 10+2 classes of the SCIENCE STREAM from the academic session of 2051/053 B.S. At present, there 126 students studying together on this level. The school has achieved excellect results in both the higher secondary classes. Senior professors and talented lecturers are working together for the upliftment of this Science Stream as required by the Higher Secondary Education Board, Nepal
